Season One
Niles Talbot (William Sadler), the local executioner, is relieved of his duties when the state outlaws the death penalty. Stricken, Talbot begins to extract his own vigilante justice on unsuspecting criminals the courts let slip through their hands. But Talbot is about to suffer the same fate when the state reinstates the electric chair just in time for his own judgment.

Director Robert Zemeckis presents a morbid tale about a housewife (Mary Ellen Trainor) who, after murdering her husband, must now fend off a psychotic Santa Claus (Larry Drake) on Christmas Eve.

Come one! Come all! See Ulric the Undying (Joe Pantoliano) starring in the greatest attraction on Earth: a death-defying stunt featuring the miracle of resurrection! In this tale of greed and deception, Ulric goes from homeless to headliner after receiving the gift of a pussycat's nine lives.

Sylvia Vane's (Lea Thompson) only goal in life is to become rich and famous, and she'll achieve it at any costs. In order to become the queen trophy wife of urban society, Sylvia trades in her "beauty" for riches, but the debt she'll need to repay proves to be too great...and too deadly.

Peggy (Amanda Plummer) and Charles (Stephen Shellen) are off to celebrate their honeymoon, but things quickly go awry when they run off course during a terrible storm. After holding up in an abandoned cottage for the night, both discover that the other isn't exactly in it for love.

Jonas (M. Emmet Walsh) is finally calling it quits in the workplace, but he can't much stand a day at home, either. His wife Anita (Audra Lindley) is constantly bringing in stray animals from the neighborhood, and after he feels fully neglected, Jonas takes up a new hobby much to Anita's chagrin: Taxidermy.
